ARJES Impaktor develops and manufactures two-shaft shredders in Leimbach, Germany. The machines process a wide variety of material streams, including construction and demolition waste, wood, biomass, industrial waste, and tires. The larger models can also be used for material streams containing metal. The appropriate model depends on the material and the desired end product.
The product line ranges from the compact IMPAKTOR 250 and 350 series to the larger 850, 1000, 1100, and 1250 models. The compact diesel models combine a tracked undercarriage with a hook-arm attachment for use at various locations. For fixed installations, there are the stationary electric E-EVO II models. The larger 1250 is available with either a diesel or electric drive system.
With various shredding shafts, adjustable counter-combs, and, where available, screen baskets, the machine can be tailored to the specific application. The removable shaft cassette facilitates shaft replacement and maintenance. For certain models, attachments are also available, such as a belt extension, disc screen, or cascade screen for further processing and separation.
We recently became a dealer for ARJES Impaktor. With this addition, we are expanding our line of recycling machines to include twin-shaft shredders.
