ARJES Impaktor 350 E-EVO II

approximately 15 metric tons
Electric

DESCRIPTION

Stationary electric two-shaft shredder

The IMPAKTOR 350 E-EVO II is a stationary, electric, two-shaft shredder with 250 kW of installed power. The shredding unit and control system are configured as separate units, allowing the machine to be integrated into an existing recycling line.

The electric drive features frequency control. A changeable cassette, interchangeable die plates, and optional screen baskets help tailor the machine to the material. A discharge conveyor and an overhead magnet are optional.

Technical Specifications

  • Installed capacity: 250 kW
  • Tank capacity: 2.25 m³
  • Weight: approximately 15 metric tons
  • Dimensions: Shredding unit: 3,300 × 2,300 × 3,200 mm; control unit: 2,600 × 1,600 × 2,700 mm (L × W × H)
  • Axle length: 1,500 mm
  • Shaft diameter: 680 mm
  • Operating speed: 11–35 rpm
  • Transmission: Bonfiglioli

Configuration and Options

The shredding unit and control unit are installed separately. The discharge conveyor and conveyor magnet are optional. The installation dimensions listed above are the dimensions of the individual units.

Screen baskets and particle size

Optional screen baskets are available for wood and biomass in 110 × 100 mm, for concrete in 110 × 60 or 110 × 40 mm, and for electronic waste in 50 × 50, 40 × 40, or 30 × 30 mm upon request. A mesh size does not guarantee a specific final fraction; the material and machine settings also influence the result.

Available axes

Concrete shafts, star shafts, and paddle shafts. The choice of shaft type depends on the material flow and the desired processing.

Approximate capacity per material

  • Construction waste: 80–100 metric tons per hour
  • Concrete and asphalt: 60–80 metric tons per hour
  • Waste and plastics: 10–15 metric tons per hour

These are indicative average values provided by the manufacturer, without warranty. The actual capacity depends on the equipment, shaft configuration, position of the counter combs, and material feed.

The final configuration and technical specifications are determined on a per-machine basis. Please discuss the material, the desired output dimensions, and the layout with us so that we can determine the appropriate configuration.

Adjusting Particle Size Using Molding Plates

On the compact EVO II models, the gap can be adjusted using manually insertable shims. If the shims wear out, they can be rotated and reinserted.

Screen baskets tailored to the material

Screen baskets are available for the EVO II series for wood, concrete, and electronic waste. The mesh size helps control the size of the output material. A screen basket is an option; the choice and suitability depend on the application.
