The IMPAKTOR 1250 E is a large electric two-shaft shredder equipped with two 250-kW motors and a 15.00 m³ hopper. The machine is designed for the intensive processing of materials such as construction and demolition waste, wood, tires, industrial waste, and metal-containing material streams.
The drive system features frequency control. A separate 15-kW electric motor is used to maneuver the machine. The modular design, interchangeable cassette, and hydraulically damped counter combs facilitate the adjustment and maintenance of the system.
The machine has a tracked undercarriage and a hook-arm attachment. For the diesel version, an over-belt magnet and a water spray system are listed as part of the equipment. The use of a reversible fan varies: on the EVO I, it is optional, while on the EVO II, it is listed as standard.
Metal shafts, including 8- and 10-piece versions, and star shafts. The choice of shaft type depends on the material flow and the desired processing method.
These are indicative average values provided by the manufacturer, without warranty. The actual capacity depends on the equipment, shaft configuration, position of the counter combs, and material feed.
The final configuration and technical specifications are determined on a per-machine basis. Please discuss the material, the desired output dimensions, and the layout with us so that we can determine the appropriate configuration.

ARJES Impaktor, based in Leimbach, Germany, develops two-shaft shredders for a wide range of recycling applications. Its product line includes compact mobile machines, stationary electric models, and larger shredders for heavy-duty material processing.

The 1250 Series features hydraulically damped counter-combs and side walls. The one-piece walls facilitate the flow of material and can flex when handling coarse material.

The two shredding shafts are housed in a removable cassette. This makes it possible to maintain the shafts or install a different type of shaft when the material flow changes.
On the 1250 series, the hopper walls and discharge components can be disassembled for transport. On the 1250 D, the drive unit can also be transported separately. The exact transport configuration is determined on a per-model basis.
