The wash-bear® pro 190 on tracks is a powerful, mobile version of the pro 190 designed specifically for flexibility and independence on a variety of sites. This version has a maximum capacity of 190 tons per hour and features a robust tracked system, making it easy to move around construction and demolition sites.
Thanks to its integrated 4.5-meter-long discharge conveyor, separated materials can be easily disposed of without the need for additional equipment. The closed water system and automated float control limit water requirements to 4-8 m³ per 10 hours, and energy consumption ranges from 8 to 15 kW per hour, keeping operating costs low. The wash-bear® pro 190 on tracks provides a sustainable and efficient solution for separating materials on site, without loss of performance or environmental benefits.
Wash-bear specializes in separating light material with a hydromechanical process. Its machines, such as the wash-bear basic 100, pro 150, pro 190 and the mobile track 190, efficiently remove contamination from recyclables. They are characterized by low energy consumption, high productivity, minimum maintenance requirements and environmental friendliness, with low noise, dust and no waste water.

The floating-sinking process in wash-bear® separation machines uses the difference in density between materials to effectively separate light and heavy fractions. Materials are placed in a water basin, where heavy particles, such as rocks and minerals, sink to the bottom. Lighter materials such as wood, plastic, and organic matter remain floating. In the wash-bear®, this process is combined with a special screw conveyor that further transports the separated materials. The light fractions are automatically discharged via a specially designed brush belt, while the heavy particles are efficiently disposed of without the need for manual sorting. This process works without producing wastewater and contributes to a more sustainable separation process
