Wash-bear basic 100

9.5 tons
Electric

DESCRIPTION

The wash-bear® basic 100 offers an efficient solution for separating light materials from construction waste. With a production capacity of up to 100 tons per hour and a feed size of up to 120 mm, this machine is designed for the sustainable processing of demolition materials into recycled concrete. A floating-sink separation system effectively removes contaminants without releasing wastewater or sediments.

The compact, mobile design makes integration into existing processes easy, while the machine has low energy (8-15 kW/h) and water consumption costs (4-8 m³ per 10 hours).

Wash-bear specializes in separating light material with a hydromechanical process. Its machines, such as the wash-bear basic 100, pro 150, pro 190 and the mobile track 190, efficiently remove contamination from recyclables. They are characterized by low energy consumption, high productivity, minimum maintenance requirements and environmental friendliness, with low noise, dust and no waste water.

Floating and sinking process

The floating-sinking process in wash-bear® separation machines uses the difference in density between materials to effectively separate light and heavy fractions. Materials are placed in a water basin, where heavy particles, such as rocks and minerals, sink to the bottom. Lighter materials such as wood, plastic, and organic matter remain floating. In the wash-bear®, this process is combined with a special screw conveyor that further transports the separated materials. The light fractions are automatically discharged via a specially designed brush belt, while the heavy particles are efficiently disposed of without the need for manual sorting. This process works without producing wastewater and contributes to a more sustainable separation process
