DESCRIPTION

The Tornado series windshifter is an advanced machine specifically designed to efficiently separate light materials from a material stream, resulting in cleaner output without the need for washing. The Tornado series is distinguished by the following innovative features:

  • Stratifier: Uses sinusoidal vibrations and a stepped floor to stratify the material and optimally prepare it for separation.
  • Roller control: effectively removes elongated, light fractions, further optimizing the separation of materials.
  • Conveyors: Are designed to collect and extract both light fractions and clean material, increasing process efficiency.
  • Unwind frame: equipped with a universal tow bar, making the machine easy to integrate and move within different industrial environments.
