The innovative track-mobile plant MRP40300 enables direct sieving of feed material on site. With sieves operating in 7 fractions, 4 grain sizes can be accurately separated, with 3 of these sizes equipped with magnetic separators. This ensures that iron lumps are efficiently separated from the remaining slag material. The recovered iron is then fed into the steelmaking process, while the sorted slag serves as a valuable secondary raw material.
The heavy-duty version of the MRP offers versatile application possibilities, especially in situations where robustness is essential. This plant is suitable for a variety of purposes, including processing slag from steel production, recycling existing slag deposits, scrap metal and metal recycling, the hard rock industry and other challenging materials.
Neuson Hydrotec leads in mechanical engineering, mechatronics and hydraulics, where they develop innovative solutions with clients. Utilizing advanced technologies, they create plant and machinery that excel in excellence and profitability, keeping them ahead of the market.

Slag, steel and ore immediately bring conventional screening plants to the limits of their performance. The Neuson Hydrotec screening plant is designed to hold up permanently under such extreme loads. The robust construction prevents breaks in the tilt plate and significantly reduces unplanned downtime, which directly results in higher productivity.
Combine the ST01BB crusher with the MRP40300 separator. Crush first, then screen or the other way around? Both are possible with Neuson's integration.
