The VSI 1203 T7 is distinguished by the 100% stone-on-stone principle when using the rockbox. The material entering the vertically mounted rotor is smashed against the rockbox ring filled with stone at a speed of approx. 85 meters per second, resulting in 100% perfectly cubic stone chips. With an anvil ring, the material is smashed against carbide blocks located in the outside of the crusher housing. With this crushing principle, a combined crushing method takes place: stone-on-stone and stone-on-metal. This crushing screening plant comes with a 3-deck Vibro-block screening deck. Our VSI crusher is characterized by relatively low wear costs per ton.
