All Maskin Mekano installations are electrically driven. Hydraulics are only used for folding and unfolding the installation with which we minimize the risk of leakage of (hydraulic) oil. Compared to hydraulically driven screening machines we manage to save up to about 75% on the use of fossil fuels when a diesel-powered aggregate has to be used. When power grid and green energy can be used, CO2 emissions can be saved drastically.Electric drive is not only cost effective, it is also about our environment and a matter of credibility for the crusher and screening industry.
