The SH 902 is a mobile end screen that offers surprisingly high capacity in a smart and flexible format. This installation stands on a robust hook arm frame and is easily transported with a hook arm truck. Within 10 minutes the machine is ready for use. The large rubber wheels make it easy to move, even in tight work locations.
The heart of the SH 902 is the STE 2-53 screening box with two decks and a screening area of 1.2 x 4.4 meters. With a powerful stroke of 12 mm and an inclination angle of 11°, this four-bearing screen ensures excellent separation and high capacity, even in fine material and wet weather. The Vibroblock system prevents vibrations from being transmitted to the chassis, greatly reducing wear and maintenance costs.
The SH 902 is fully electric powered and can often be powered directly from a crusher's power source. This provides up to 80% fuel savings and keeps noise levels low. The three conveyors are hydraulically retractable and require no manual labor, making material collection and disposal fast and safe.
With the SH 902 you increase the deployability of your machinery: use it as a separate screen, together with a crusher or as an additional screening step in a fixed installation. This way you get the most out of your production capacity, without stopping the entire process for a change of screen decks.
