The 2 (SH1502) or 3 (SH1503) deck screener from Maskin Mekano - is the machine of choice when it comes to large screening capacity and cleanly separated fractions. Naturally, like every Maskin Mekano installation, the SH1502 and SH1503 are also electrically driven, which means that CO2 emissions are limited, minimal or zero. The SH1502 and SH1503 can be used both stationary and mobile.

All Maskin Mekano screening plants are equipped with the Vibro Block, a system where all the added energy stays where we want it: the screening box. The sieve box is sprung in frame which is again sprung in chassis which therefore, together with the mounted electronics, remains vibration free; operationally safe and unmatched in optimal separation of fractions.
A powerful stroke. Almost horizontal. These are the main features of the STE sieve's superior screening performance. The aggressive stroke effectively separates the material layers and forces the finer sizes easily through the screening deck. This results in high capacity. The low angle of inclination ensures that all material is sufficiently exposed to the screening deck so that all fractions end up in the right pile. This means high accuracy and consistent screening results, yielding high-quality end products.
