The FC25 washing plant is designed to optimally utilize residual streams with wet screening technology and an efficient washing step. Ideal to make contaminated material suitable for concrete production and to create marketable fractions from material that would otherwise be lost. There a patented technique, all fine particles down to 0.2mm are washed out of the material. iThe FC25 is part of the flexible FC series and is easy to combine with Maskin Mekano's standard range, so that the plant can be perfectly tailored to different applications.
The FC25 offers maximum flexibility: the plant is available as a stationary, mobile or semi-mobile set-up. The advanced water system can be fully tailored to the situation, from simple inlet and outlet systems to full water recycling. This reduces water consumption and keeps the plant operating efficiently, even with limited space or water supply. The process is characterized by low energy consumption, high reliability and low operating costs, making the FC25 both economically interesting and sustainable.
