With a trailer that can reach speeds of up to 80 km/h, the ECO6 houses the outstanding 1202 Vibroblock screening box, a 7 m3 bunker and an aggregate. This eliminates the need for unloading; you can immediately unfold the conveyor belts and sieve. This sieving is done in an optimal way that is only possible with Maskin Mekano. With the ECO6 you can travel smoothly from one project to another, and if necessary, quickly change the sieving decks for the next task.
Maskin Mekano's screening plants are known for their excellence in accurately separating (fine) fractions throughout the year. The powerful 12 mm stroke and relatively flat 11° inclination of the screening box allow you to meet even the most critical requirements that are often considered unrealistic or unachievable. Whether asphalt or concrete granulate, sand, slag or soil, the fine fractions are separated from the coarser fractions with remarkable precision.

All Maskin Mekano screening plants are equipped with the Vibro Block, a system where all the added energy stays where we want it: the screening box. The sieve box is sprung in frame which is again sprung in chassis which therefore, together with the mounted electronics, remains vibration free; operationally safe and unmatched in optimal separation of fractions.
