The ECO4 is made for those who want a little more. More capacity, more features, and more control over the process - without sacrificing mobility or ease of use. This mobile screening unit combines the best of both worlds: the compact, transport-friendly design of the ECO series and the performance of a full-scale production machine.
With its double decks (1.2 x 3.0 m) and powerful 12 mm stroke, the ECO4 delivers exceptional separation quality even with wet or sticky materials such as soil, compost or screening sand. Thanks to the flat screening deck with an 11° angle of inclination and the proven Vibroblock construction, the machine remains stable, low-vibration and remarkably quiet - even during prolonged operation.
One of the most innovative features is the extendable screen house: this allows you to quickly change mesh sizes and turn even small batches efficiently. The three hydraulically folding conveyor belts, the fine fraction belt of which can be rotated, make it easy to create larger stockpiles without additional movements.
Like all Maskin Mekano machines, the ECO4 is all-electric. Where mains power is available, you work emission-free and with low energy costs. And in locations without a power connection, the quiet Stage V diesel generator (optional) ensures autonomy, with an average consumption of only 3 liters per hour.

All Maskin Mekano screening plants are equipped with the Vibro Block, a system where all the added energy stays where we want it: the screening box. The sieve box is sprung in frame which is again sprung in chassis which therefore, together with the mounted electronics, remains vibration free; operationally safe and unmatched in optimal separation of fractions.
