Maskin Mekano ECO2: Compact and Efficient Sieving
The Maskin Mekano ECO2 is a robust 10-ton screening machine designed for easy transport and quick deployment. Its compact dimensions (6.6 m long, 2.2 m wide) make it ideal for tight spaces and it can even be placed directly against a wall. With the STE 2-26 E screening box, equipped with double decks and a screening area of 1.2 x 2.2 meters, the ECO2 is well suited for screening out fine material. It operates with a 4.0 kW engine and is powered by an EU Stage V diesel engine and a 30 kVA generator, providing reliable performance under challenging conditions. Its compact size and easy controls make this one of the most user-friendly recycling machines in the Netherlands!

All Maskin Mekano screening plants are equipped with the Vibro Block, a system designed to keep all applied energy precisely where it is needed: within the screen box. The screen box is suspended within a frame, which is then resiliently mounted in the chassis. This configuration ensures that the chassis, along with the mounted electronics, remains free from vibrations, thereby guaranteeing operational reliability and unparalleled efficiency in the optimal separation of fractions.
