DESCRIPTION

Compact powerhouse for maximum flexibility

The ECO1 is the smallest screening unit in the Maskin Mekano program, but make no mistake: this compact machine delivers big-time performance. With its robust construction, electric drive and smart container design, the ECO1 is the ideal solution for companies that want to work flexibly, without compromising on capacity or quality.

It is fully electric powered, resulting in low running costs and minimal emissions. For sites without mains power, an integrated Stage V diesel generator is available, allowing you to run independently anywhere.

The ECO1 is designed to be quick to deploy - within 3 minutes it is operational. The hydraulically folding conveyor belts and hooklift chassis make transport and set-up effortless, ideal for contractors, recyclers and contracting companies running multiple projects per week.

The powerful STE 1-26 sieve with 12 mm stroke and 11° inclination provides aggressive sieving action. This means that even wet, sticky or heavy materials are processed efficiently, without clogging. Thanks to Vibroblock construction, vibrations are not transmitted to the chassis, which minimizes wear and makes the machine remarkably quiet.

The ECO1 can be used for a wide range of materials:

  • Recycling applications such as asphalt, concrete, rubble and soil
  • Topsoil production and compost
  • Construction and demolition waste
  • Wood chips, bark and other light materials

Key Benefits:

  • Fully electric, with optional diesel generator
  • Low operating costs and minimal emissions
  • Set up and take down in just 3 minutes
  • Very quiet due to Vibroblock decoupling
  • Suitable for a wide range of materials
  • Easily transportable with standard hook arm truck

Maskin Mekano, a pur sang family business, is based in Jönköping in southern Sweden. Founded in 1956, Maskin Mekano supplies high-quality and robust equipment to the raw materials and recycling industry.

Vibro Block

All Maskin Mekano screening plants are equipped with the Vibro Block, a system where all the added energy stays where we want it: the screening box. The sieve box is sprung in frame which is again sprung in chassis which therefore, together with the mounted electronics, remains vibration free; operationally safe and unmatched in optimal separation of fractions.
