CH440-PS is part of the new modular range from Maskin Mekano. The machine is a conveyor in/conveyor out unit with a pre-screen and an on-board return conveyor making it compatible with Machine Mekano's SH 1503 closed-circuit end screen. Although the CH440 is compact in size, its capacity is large due to its 220 kW drive; up to about 200 tons per hour at a maximum feed size of 335 to 500 mm.

All Maskin Mekano installations are electrically driven. Hydraulics are only used for folding and unfolding the installation with which we minimize the risk of leakage of (hydraulic) oil. Compared to hydraulically driven screening machines we manage to save up to about 75% on the use of fossil fuels when a diesel-powered aggregate has to be used. When power grid and green energy can be used, CO2 emissions can be saved drastically.Electric drive is not only cost effective, it is also about our environment and a matter of credibility for the crusher and screening industry.
