From wear parts to complete recycling machines

A good recycling machine starts with an understanding of the material that passes through it. Protechnika combines that knowledge with its in-house machine building and metalworking capabilities. Based in Dębowica, Poland, the company develops and manufactures machines, systems, and wear parts for waste processing, recycling, and biomass.

The product range extends from industrial blades, shredder shafts, and screens to shredders, separators, and conveyor systems. With in-house CNC machining, cutting techniques, and manufacturing, Protechnika has the expertise to build both individual components and complete process solutions. Throughput, ease of maintenance, and manageable operating costs are central to this approach.

Practically designed for everyday use

This approach is also reflected in the GK-552: a mobile drum screen with interchangeable screen drums, a spacious feed hopper, and the option of either mains power or a built-in diesel generator. This allows the same machine to be used at different locations and for a wide variety of material streams, ranging from compost and biomass to soil and recycled materials.

Protechnika at IMPAKT

With Protechnika, we are expanding our product line to include a mobile drum screen for separating fine and coarse fractions. We can help you choose the right drum, perforation pattern, and configuration based on your material, desired final fraction, and operating environment. Below you will find the GK-552 and its technical specifications.
