Keeping secondary materials, such as concrete granulate, in the chain as long as possible requires higher-quality reuse: old concrete into new concrete and old asphalt into new asphalt. The Maskin Mekano screening installations enable us to take serious steps in this direction and make it possible to produce high-quality and optimally separated end products all year round, even in the wet winter months.
In choosing the brands we represent, we assume 'no more of the same'. Our brands therefore distinguish themselves in terms of efficiency and ease of use where the quality of the end product is central, resulting in extremely accurately sieved fine fractions of concrete granulate but also other materials such as asphalt, steel and LD slag, soil and, of course, sand.
Pelt & Hooykaas produces sustainable, secondary building materials used in the construction of roads, footpaths and bicycle paths. For the production of these highly hydraulic secondary building materials, Maskin Mekano was chosen after a test process. With the installation of a15 m3 bunker, an SH1202 prescreener, VSI crusher and an SH1203 post-screener, Pelt & Hooykaas is, with this fully electrically driven installation, ready for the future and able to produce also during the wet winter months.
